Expressions of Interest for stallholders at the 2026 St Patrick's Day Festival

Stall Categories
There are three types of stalls available for the Festival for businesses & community groups.

• Food and drink
• Arts and crafts
• Display/information/Activation

Criteria
All applicants for stall sites must meet the following criteria:

• Stalls will be accepted based on complimenting the vision for the Festival.
• All details must be completed on the application form.
• Stall holders may not on-sell or share their site with another organisation or business without prior agreement from the event organiser.
• All stall holders who wish to apply for a stall as a Charitable organisation must attach a copy of their Certificate of Incorporation.
• All stall holders will provide and set-up their own equipment. For any equipment hire (e.g. tables and chairs) please book directly with a reputable supplier.
• All stall holders MUST use compostable containers, bags and serve ware.
• All electronic equipment must be tested and tagged.
• Food stall holders must comply with Auckland Council regulations.

Festival Times
The event starts at 10am and ends at 5pm.
