We are honoured to name Jane Quinn as Grand Marshal for the 2026 Parade 🎉. Jane has made outstanding contributions to New Zealand through decades of leadership in the Irish community 🇮🇪, a distinguished career in business and professional services 💼, and dedicated public service as a Justice of the Peace 🕊️.

Jane arrived in New Zealand in 1988 and quickly became part of the Irish community ✈️🤝. Building new relationships in NZ was an important step in making it her home away from home 🏡. After her children grew, she chose to give back to the wider community by becoming a Justice of the Peace 🤝. She is committed to keeping Irish heritage alive within the diaspora and passing the culture on to the next generation 🌿📚. Jane also serves as National Coordinator of The Friends of Ireland — The Tara Trust 🌏 and has led recent collaborative events involving Irish clubs, GAA, Mná na hÉireann, Irish dancers and the Embassy of Ireland 🎭⚽🇮🇪.
