Countdown to St. Patrick's Day 2024

The 2024 Music and Dance Festival will take place in Te Komititanga Square on Sunday 17th March after the main parade down Auckland's Queen Street.

One of the objectives of the St Patrick's Festival Trust (SPFT) is to partner with Irish community groups to jointly promote and celebrate Irish Culture to the wider New Zealand Public.

The SPFT invites Irish Community Groups to apply for a stall to showcase their take on Irish culture.

There are 5 stalls available, all are 3m x 3m marquee with 3 sides. POA, however, Incorporated Clubs will not be charged for a stall.

Stall Categories

There are three types of stalls available for the 2024 Festival for businesses & community groups.

  • Food and drink
  • Arts and crafts
  • Display/information/Activation

Criteria

All applicants for stall sites must meet the following criteria: 

  • Stalls will be accepted based on complimenting the vision for the Festival.
  • All details must be completed on the application form. 
  • Stall holders may not on-sell or share their site with another organisation or business without prior agreement from the event organiser.
  • All stall holders who wish to apply for a stall as a Charitable organisation must attach a copy of their Certificate of Incorporation.
  • All stall holders will provide and set-up their own equipment. For any equipment hire (e.g. tables and chairs) please book directly with a reputable supplier.
  • All stall holders MUST use compostable containers, bags and serve ware.​
  • All electronic equipment must be tested and tagged.
  • Food stall holders must comply with Auckland Council regulations.

Festival Times 

The event starts at 10.30am and ends at 3.30pm.
